Assessment Days
We organise regular assessment days for graduates and account management roles. We usually host them at the Hospital Club and are for people who have an interest in pursuing a career in the MarComms industry.
As experienced HR professionals with over 20 years’ experience in the MarComms industry we guarantee a successful event for all participants. We have an innate understanding of agency expectations and recognise the value of individuals cultural and sociable qualities as well as the skills and educational background that goes hand in hand with the job.
Not only are the events hosted by experts in the industry but also hosted at one of the world’s most prestigious private member venues, the Hospital Club. The Hospital is renowned within the creative community as the hub where agencies share facilities and member events - across music, business, art, film, new media and social channels.
The full service includes;
Advertising on main graduate websites and university careers sites
Shortlisting CVs and pre-screening candidates via a 20 minute telephone call or video conference
Contacting and sending invitations to successful candidates
Event administration, organising sponsors, hosting and facilitating meetings
Tests & workshops (numeracy, pressure, teamwork and quality assurance)
One to One interviews with client representatives
Liaising between agency representatives, candidates and hosts
Follow up administration including offer/rejection letters and facilitating additional interviews if required.
